Managing Agile PLM program involving business process changes, system enhancements, system integration with various existing “boundary systems” such as SAP, Data Warehouse and Engineering CAD tools. 
 
-          Leading the PLM Systems consolidation and CCM (Configuration and Change Management) program 
-          SSD PLM Systems Consolidation
-          Facilitate planning and scoping sessions with business teams 
-          Create and maintain master schedules, budgets and related information 
-          Project Metrics and Status Reports 
-          Manage program risks and drive issue resolution  
-          Cross functional teams engagement 
-          Communication with Stakeholders
