Required skills:
* 8+ years of Project Management and Program Management 
* Demonstrated experience managing eCommerce projects 
* Advanced MS Project 2010 skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint 

Preferred skills:
* Hybris e-commerce software
* Web Services 
* APIs / API management 

Certifications preferred:
* Project Management Professional - PMP certification 
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
* Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
* Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification

Responsibilities:
* Anticipate deviations from the project direction and carry out the necessary corrective measures
* Track project issues and problems and escalate these for timely resolution
* Make decisions regarding the project and project budget
* Create project plans and monitor simultaneous projects within the overall program 
* Finalize and manage the project scope, budget and deadlines 
* Obtain and manage resource assignments 
* Maintain the project plan with assigned resources and tasks 
* Carry out a formal review at the end of each phase of the project
* Report on the project progress and status 
* Lead and coordinating status meetings

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that will be working on multiple projects over the course of the contract. Must have experience handling multiple business projects,demonstrate excellent relationship and/or account management behaviors and ideally have skills with Clarity.


TOP 3 SKILLS
1. The Project Manager must have over 8 years of Program/Project Management experience to set up governance and steering committees.
a) We are looking for Project Managers that have not just been handling a project in motion; we need to see that they have managed projects from cradle to grave
b) Project Manager must have experience developing the project plan and assessing the risk within the project and managing the risk.
c) The PM needs to have managed large multi-million dollar projects and have excellent analysis, problem solving skills.

2. Must have over 5 years of experience in the Financial Services lines of business The manager would accept this from the Banking or even the retail industry.

3. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.), Microsoft Project and Microsoft SharePoint.
