Project Manager under direction, is responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of multiple IT Infrastructure and/or Application Development projects of small to medium size and wide variety of complexity and length. Reconciliation Representative

Summary:
The position is responsible for the daily account reconciliation of open-end mutual fund business between transfer agency and Custodian bank; Research, resolution, and reconciliation of out-of-balance items; Responsible for periodic reporting covering corrective processing, the recording of redemption fees, and communication and escalation of any issues that are discovered. Staff Accountant, Frankfort, IL

Title: Staff Accountant (1028-1)
Location: Frankfort, IL
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Start Date: Must be available to start immediately

Summary/Responsibilities:
Manufacturing firm has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant to handle Cash Management, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Monthly Close.
Cash Management: Daily/weekly cash reconciliation and transfers; cash forecast
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: Review purchase order receipts; input vendor invoices (3-way match)/approvals; credit applications; W-9s/1099s; expense reports/receipt reconciliation; AMEX processing/reconciliation
Payroll: oversee outsourced payroll relationship
Accounting: staff accounting; loan reconciliations/payments; commission accrual/payments; sales forecasts; budget; sales analysis reports
Monthly Close: close inventory/reconcile; generate sales register/reconcile;WIP; warranty jobs; bank reconciliations; loan interest; payroll accrual; prepaid insurance; I/C accounts; asset review/depreciation; amortization; allowance for bad debt; accrued interest; estimated deferred tax and state tax; balance sheet reconciliations; prepare financial statements
Some HR, Insurance and Administrative work as assigned

Requirements:
College degree in Accounting preferred
Previous experience with ERP software, preferably Global Shop
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail and process oriented; well organized and analytical; effective communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
