• 2 years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Strong experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Desire and ability to work within a highly collaborative environment
• Expertise with agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming is a plus
• Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and issue/risk management
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

Requirement skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+yrs of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4+years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• Experience in deep tool box of estimation, story slicing, retrospective, and other Agile techniques.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Experience with the use and configuration of one or more Agile management tools, such as Jira, VersionOne, Rally, or LeanKit
• Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
