Scrum Master, Remote

A Consulting company is looking for:

LOCATION: Remote
CONTRACT: 6 months

Main Responsibilities:
· Manages large sized projects with high complexity at one or more sites.
· Performs project planning, tracking and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget.
· Oversees the ongoing review of project(s) status.
· Create Project Definition, schedule, budget, Resource Plan and Project Execution Package.
· Presents to client and other appropriate parties to gain approval.
· Hold project team meetings, engage and manage team members from multiple organizations, vendors and subcontractors, obtain vendor/subcontractor quotes, engage vendors/subcontractors and release project team resources.
· Oversee project deliverables to ensure performance to schedule and budget are met.
· Analyze actual dollars spent to planned dollars.
· Evaluate actual hours performed to planned hours and deliverables to the quality expectations.
· Exercise change process against the project objective, update project deliverables and obtain acceptance from identified project stakeholders.
· Hold project and acceptance reviews.
· Ensure issues are resolved.

Agile Scrum Master PMs are required to complete the Agile ServiceNow development required to release the next generation of the Service Management Services and Service Desk/Work Management Offering's, and to perform the initial ServiceNow development required for the initial release of the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) & Service Community Offerings.

This development includes both updates to the CSC ServiceNow Global Blue Print and to the required standard integrations from/to ServiceNow.
This is for an Agile Scrum Master Need someone with project management experience and the ability to run agile scrums. Preferred that they have knowledge of JIRA (or another tool like it).

Need someone full time with :

· Facilitates the Scrum process
· Helps resolve impediments
· Creates an environment conducive to team self-organization
· Captures empirical data to adjust forecasts
· Shields the team from external interference and distractions to keep it in group flow (a.k.a. the zone)
· Enforces time boxes
· Keeps Scrum artifacts visible
· Promotes improved engineering practices
· Has no management authority over the team
· Has a leadership role

Controller. Hedge Fund

Title: Controller – Hedge Fund (920-5)
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Summary:
This is a rare opportunity for a driven individual to become an integral part of the accounting operations of a hedge fund. The Controller will be responsible for managing the corporate accounting function including accounts payable/receivable, taxes, cash management, general accounting, and financial reporting. The Controller will provide support and accounting expertise as a trusted resource to the firm, affiliated entities and owner. There is opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility and grow within the firm. This position offers high visibility and exposure to complex financial products in a fast paced and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements and reports
Perform general ledger and period end closing responsibilities including journal entries, review of expenses and accruals, to ensure information in the accounting system is complete and accurate
Complete regular review of account reconciliations/resolution of outstanding items
Complete all reporting requirements accurately and timely
Develop/maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to provide for propriety and integrity of the firm’s financial records and assets that comply with reporting requirements/policies/procedures
Prepare federal/state/local tax return financial information for external accounting firm
Supervise preparation of 1099s and FBAR filings
Review monthly/quarterly/annual sales and use tax returns
Supervise accounting team members

Prepare annual budgets and manage rolling cash projection

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA

Risk Officer, Omaha, NE

Summary
Independent full-service clearing/settlement firm serving introducing broker-dealer clients seeks a Risk Management professional who will be responsible for the leadership/innovation/governance/management necessary to identify/evaluate/mitigate/monitor financial risk. The Credit Risk Officer will: develop financial risk management tools/practices to analyze/report on/manage financial market risks according to a risk management framework/relevant policies; ensure financial risk management policies/limits/strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations/strategic imperatives; oversee/monitor all financial risk management activities; monitor/analyze financial risks within business units and on a corporate basis; be responsible for Credit Committee.

Responsibilities:

Effectively develop comprehensive risk management processes/reports.
Exercise discretion in working with confidential/sensitive information regarding financial results/management decisions and work and communicate effectively with division heads/introducing brokers regarding risk management.
Manage/direct/control personnel management activities for department to include: performance appraisal/transfers/promotions/training/development/long and short range planning/budget/expense control/hiring/salary administration/compliance/ team building/weekly one on one meetings with direct reports
Determine risks associated with customer margin accounts, introducing broker inventory margin accounts, fixed income and equity trading desks, securities lending desks, introducing broker and account trading limits
Develop processes to monitor risks on a continual basis
Coordinate review of new business activities; develop understanding of associated risks; coordinate assimilation of due diligence materials for ultimate analysis at credit committee
Coordinate review of new banking relationships for bank sweep product
Conduct quarterly reviews of existing bank relationships

Requirements:
Extensive educational background and/or experience in Risk Management
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 5 years of direct experience in the field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work independently, sound decision-making abilities and strong oral and written communication and human relations skills
Understanding and working knowledge of risk management systems, spreadsheet and relational database software
Successful completion of the FINRA General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7) and Financial and Operations Principal Exam (Series 24)
Familiarity with FINRA and SEC rules and regulations
Strong managerial and organizational skills
Working knowledge of EEO regulations

Location: Bloomfield, CT / Texas / Denver, CO

Duration: 6-12 months +



We are currently seeking an Agile Coach to join agile program that will involve working in an Agile Center of Excellence.

You will be responsible for coaching local and distributed teams at the program level and support internal clients using a variety of Agile approaches in the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

You will coach teams of different levels of maturity, across portfolios, programs and development teams.



Critical components of this role include detailed knowledge of the application of Agile practices and principles and experience with metrics to effectively measure: execution, performance, benefits and value. This position requires deep knowledge and experience with Agile and the ability to inspect and adapt thinking/ practices to various situations.



Responsibilities include:

¿ Coaching stakeholders such as Release Train Engineers, Product Management, Epic Owners at the program level

¿ Standing up the program layer of initiatives (i.e., Agile Release Trains) and for providing agile coaching, training, and implementation. Using the Agile CoE assets such as agile training, playbooks, assessments, etc.

¿ Coaching teams on how to set up and leverage Cigna's Agile project management tool (Rally) for epic/feature/stories and inward and outward reporting by actively engaging and contributing to best practices.

¿ 

Required Skills/Experience

¿ 8-10+ years of IT experience. 

Prior delivery role (e.g., PM, release manager, developer, tester) experience highly desirable.

¿ 5+ years of Agile coaching experience, including $10MM plus programs with offshore and distributed teams.

¿ Excellent facilitation, written and verbal skills.

¿ One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO). SAFe certifications (SA, SP, SPC) highly desirable.

¿ Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc)
