Title: C# Developer
Duration: 6 months (Right to Hire)
Location: Chicago, IL
Shift Timings: (8:00 – 4:00 or 9:00 to 5:00)
Job Description:
Designs, analyzes, and develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements.
Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Application Developer position is responsible for the design, build and testing of custom application code.
Coding is done in primarily in C# but Java is also part of the application.
A candidate must understand business requirements, can write functional requirements, develop detailed technical designs, and build / unit / system test application code.
The Application Developer will work within an agile delivery team interacting with BSA/QA/Scrum team members.
Skills BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other directly related technical field 5-7 years hands-on experience in projects and development.
Knowledge of system analysis and programming tools and techniques.
Experience in designing and programming applications.
Must be comfortable and eager to perform tasks in all phases of the software lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design/development/test) 5+ years of Object-Oriented design experience 5+ years with C# development experience.
5+ years of relational database software development experience (SQL Server)
Additional Skills a Plus o Experience using Tomcat o Crystal Reports, o Business Objects, o Spring .NET o Java coding experience
