Long term contract (up to 2 years and strong potential to convert full time)
$30-33/hr W2 (and we offer benefits)
Project Coordinator will assist directors, senior managers, program managers, and / or multiple project managers to assure all program / project deliverables and other work is produced in a quality and timely manner in accordance with established processes and procedures. The PC will support program / project management by independently creating project artifacts, supporting project management processes and providing subject matter expertise on the SDLC ?system development life cycle? and the PMLC ?project management life cycle? processes and tools. The PC will also support the following: Initiation of program / project schedules; facilitate and document program / project team meetings utilizing conference bridges and WebEx tools; overseeing preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes; develop complex program / project status reports; create program / project related presentations and documentation using various application software. Responsibilities Include: Ø Assist with the development of program / project plans which include: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Organization, Communication, Staffing, Risk and Issue management. Assist with obtaining commitment to the plan by working independently and directly with PM and project stakeholders. Ø Responsible for the SDM ?solution delivery methodology? process for the project / program artifacts. Gaining approvals, sign offs and managing the repository for all program / project documentation. Ø Assist in the On going management of the project schedule(s) using the Clarity-Open Work bench tool and /or Microsoft Project. Ø Assist with managing program / project work within the stated Scope. Assist with implementing and managing a Change Control process and updating program / project plans based on approved changes. Ø Monitors actual program / project hours and costs against the program / project estimates and actuals. Adhere to program / project budget. Assist with managing variance, burn rate and other cost metrics. Ø Coordinates the mitigation / resolution of program / project issues, risks, decisions, and action items,via the RAID log. Ø Support and assist with documentation and meetings supporting the Project Update. Ø Support the project close out and lessons learned activities. Ø Understands, follows and contributes to the improvement of the project management standards and guidelines developed by the EPPO. Ø Compile and assist with creation of Presentations / Dashboards for various levels of program / project leadership, as needed. Ø Act as a peer to peer ?Buddy? and team contributor in the EPMO environment. Ø Comply with HIPPA, Diversity principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Project Manager

This position is responsible for planning and managing projects (and/or multiple subprojects of a program) of various sizes and complexity. Demonstrates advanced project management skills by ensuring the work of the project is aligned with the stated business objectives; setting and managing customer expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment. A comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycles and methodologies is key. These activities will be performed independently under the direction of EPMO supervisor or manager. Essential Functions 1. Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project plan based on approved funding. Project plans will include: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Organization and Communications, Staffing, Risk and Issue Management, Test, Configuration, and Change Management. 2. Perform Project Planning. Create / build / update project schedules, project charters, project plans, status reports, and work breakdown structures. 3. Perform Project Scope Management. Effectively manage project work within the stated scope. 4. Perform Quality Management. Manage assigned projects and subprojects / work efforts using appropriate rigor of SDM. 5. Perform Project Cost Management utilizing the company?s financial forecasting process. Manage Estimated Time to Complete tasks (ETCs) and reconcile ETCs using Clarity based on recommended EPMO guidelines. 6. Perform Issue & Risk Management. Use HCSC?s tools and methodologies to create RAID logs (Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision). 7. Perform Communication Management. Create / implement project organization and communication plans which enable the project team to effectively work together to meet project objectives. 8. Perform Meeting Management. Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes, distribute meeting documentation, and maintain and monitor action item listings as necessary. Facilitate and lead meetings and steering committee meetings by being well-prepared and adhering to topics. 9. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
