We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the delivery, localization, stabilization, and Level-3 support for web/mobile solutions. You will engage with clients, software developers, business analysts, support analysts, quality analysts, integration, and senior management. The ideal candidate will come from an early software development career having migrated to a project/people management role. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidate should come from a development background (C++, C#, JavaScript). Must be technically strong as he/she will be auditing code reviews, and performing project and defect management tasks. They will meet with Developers and equity partners at McDonald's. They should have MS Project, MP6, and SQL Server experience. He/she will work very closely with PM.They will take high level tasks and break them down to manageable small pieces. He/she will have 6 - 13 direct reports at a given point. They must have very good client facing skills and be able to keep Developers on target to meet deadlines. This person will also be responsible for developer performance reviews and formal technical reviews (FTR). Look for someone with CMM5 (Capability Maturity Model). TDM and developers are going to be working on the largest eCommerce site in the world. S
