Title: Client Operations Specialist (44-19)
Location: Chicago
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Summary/Responsibilities:
Review ACD download for entries that need to be uploaded into Advent
Security creation/classification
Processing of reorgs and tender offers
Pricing
Trade settlement
Maintain assigned set of accounts
Reconcile monthly via ACD to custodian statements
Make reconciling entries into Axys
Produce & mail monthly client appraisals
Review accounts for cash needs/monthly payouts
Maintain client information
Open new accounts on Advent
Work with outside custodians to coordinate client requests and open new accounts
Work with operations team to gather and produce information for client portfolio reviews
Back-up to Trader
High-level projects and problem resolution
Requirements:
2+ years portfolio administration experience required
Ideal candidate will have experience working with trade settlement or processing corporate actions / reorgs
Must know Advent Axys functionality
Knowledge of Junxure (CRM) and Schwab back office a plus
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
