What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? In Project Manager Role, responsible for managing project plan, issues, risks, producing status reports and communicating to stakeholders.
In Scrum Master Role, responsible for conducting daily standups and sprint ceremonies, leading the team to produce the desired results, and working closley with product owner to manage scope and provide direction to the team.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? 10+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience working in large, complex, matrix organization o
Mange project timeline, scope , financials, issues and risks o Lead Scrum meetings to drive deliverables o
Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. o
Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. o
Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. o
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST o
