Global Financial Firm has a Contract Opportunity in Chicago, IL
The Operations Support Analyst will support the Listed Derivatives (Futures and Options) Collateral Management Team. Specifically, the Analyst will support the Margins and Client Service Team by monitoring banking activity and performing cash and security regulatory code transfers between the segregated and secured 30.7 origins in the equity system. In addition, the Analyst may also assist in the daily margin operations and client queries for the US FCM. The processes that are performed may include the daily issuance of and response to margin calls, recording of margin activity in central margin platforms (inclusive of cash, non-cash/securities) and other transactions, origin regulatory code transfers , the research and resolution of breaks and discrepancies, fails/dispute management and settlement monitoring and reporting, response to client inquiries and general client service, monitoring and reporting of aged margin calls. In addition, ensuring all reconciliations is performed to satisfy internal control and external regulatory requirements.
