If you have any thoughts regarding this role, please contact my colleague Zach Stierhoff at zach@bcius.com Title: Client Service Representative (Futures and Options/Listed Derivatives) (794-5) Location: Chicago Compensation: Commensurate with experience Summary/Responsibilities: Manage the daily client margin process ensuring all calls, payments and collateral transactions are processed across client accounts correctly and that margin requirements are met Manage clients through the contract delivery and settlement processes including: ex-pit transfers, options exercise and assignment notification, client interaction surrounding physical delivery and cash settlements Respond to client inquiries, including: trade discrepancies, commission, fee and brokerage discrepancies and performing root cause problem analysis Monitor of daily trade flow and intraday trade resolution Monitoring and reviewing commission and fee static data on both a top day and T+1 basis Working proactively with clients to identify areas for improved operational efficiencies Support Sales and Technology groups through managing the on-boarding process for new customers and/or expansion of existing relationships Monitoring Position Limits in conjunction with the Risk Management division Coordinating client access to trading platforms and trade management tools (i.e. Client facing technology) Client on-boarding Requirements: 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role Prioritize and work on various unrelated tasks at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment Self-starter/highly motivated Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to recognize potential issues and escalate to senior management accordingly Possess creative problem solving skills Strong Microsoft Office skills/capabilities Series 3 qualification preferred Again, interested candidates should contact: Zach Stierhoff | BCI 10 S.
