Title: Wealth Management Associate (642-4)
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Summary/Responsibilities:
Wealth Management Advisor serving high net worth clients seeks an Associate who will support the growth of the practice. Responsibilities to include:
Timely new account openings including preparation of paperwork and monitoring of account opening process
Monitoring of open cases/business opportunities that will grow the practice, as well as improve efficiency
Maintain clear/effective communication between all members of the team
Provide clients with compliant support on any investment/operations/planning requests in a timely manner
Uncover sales/service opportunities within the existing client base and prospective clients
Maintain updated/compliant records on new/existing clients
Track relevant news/industry developments that will improve the quality/efficiency of the practice
Confirm/execute trades within client accounts as needed
Aid in completion/analysis of comprehensive financial plans and client reviews/recommendations
Maintain all back office systems and alerts to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional client service
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance
Active Series 7 and 66 securities licenses required
Active insurance license a plus
3+ years of experience in an investment or financial services environment
Prior experience with Pershing NetX360, Envestnet, and CRM systems preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of securities products and solid understanding of financial markets
Excellent customer service attitude/skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter that can work in groups or individually on a wide array of projects
Ability to perform accurately under pressure
