Title: Investor Client Sales Representative (840-9)
Location: Chicago
Compensation: Generous base + bonus

Summary/Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for client-side sales and marketing.  Responsibilities may include:
Marketing firm's capabilities across products (high grade, high yield, emerging markets, agencies, and CDS) and across protocols (traditional request for quote and open trading)
Increase the client’s usage of trading platform for all applicable products as demonstrated through increased client inquiry in all relevant products
Drive trading revenues through increased usage of the platform
Speak to clients about regulatory and market structure changes and educating them on the trading protocols available on firm's platform
On-board new clients
Train users, as needed
Liaise with internal product specialists and dealer relationship managers, as needed

Requirements:
Minimum of seven years of experience in the corporate bond market
Previous experience selling credit products to the buy-side
Credit trading background preferred
Series 7 and Series 63
Must have detailed knowledge of the high grade market and ideally some knowledge of other credit markets
Must appreciate and be able to articulate firm’s value proposition in the context of market structure changes 
Some electronic trading experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and strong client orientation
Must be willing and able to effectively work in a small regional office
Must be able to travel within the US and entertain clients
