Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 14 months
Job Details:
“Experienced Agile Coaches will provide coaching and assist in establishing an Agile development environment for to-be-determined projects.
Coaches will raise awareness on how Agile can benefit a delivery team’s requirements challenges and improve speed to market.”
Requirements:•
Scrum Master Certified by Agile Alliance
• 5 years working with SDLC• 5 years working with Agile Methodology
• Particular experience with Scrum technique. Other Agile techniques a plus
• Understanding of Leffingwell’s “Scaled Agile Framework” a significant plus
.• Experience with application of Agile in complex and highly integrated application environments
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
Agile Coach roles/responsibilities:
• Motivate, consult and educate team members on Agile leading practices
• Maintain control of process vs. developing the content of the work
• Provide one-on-one support to specific Agile roles
• Enable a development team to implement techniques learned through training
• Assist teams and team leaders with solving issues, risks and blockers
• Facilitate a self-organizing team
