Provide Field and On call support Maintenance/administration for UNIX/Solaris/storage/Sun Server/HP Servers
Troubleshooting and administration Experience on servers
Should have experience on storage also
Provide the On call Support
Recognizing when help is needed and ask for it.
Seeking additional training to enhance personal technical competency.
Submitting accurate Time sheets, expenses reports regularly
Completing all the duties of the Field Support Engineer per this job description
