Summary of Responsibilities:
Design and code programs, create test transactions and runs tests, revise as necessary
Conduct analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems
Meet or exceed all operational readiness requirements (e.g., operations engineering, performance, risk management)
Ensure all tasks and milestones associated with technical design, development and unit testing are completed according to project management guidelines
Review, analyze and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large scale system
Required Experience:
7+ years development experience in .NET, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, and Javascript
5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server.
5+ years experience with website and web service development
Demonstrated experience in scalability, performance optimization
5+ years of experience including architect or leading technical design and/or development for enterprise applications
4+ years of experience with object oriented concepts and design patterns.
5+ years of experience with Web Forms, WCF web services, SOAP and REST web services, and XML
Preferred Experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related, or 10 years equivalent work experience
