Project Manager I - Abbott Park, IL

The Patient Access Program Department expects the Contractor to have the abilities and experience to complete the following.
Facilitates work by managing third party vendors.
Core responsibilities include:
1.) managing in-process third party vendor program administration related to patient assistance and various other patient access programs. ,
2.) tracking project status, time-frames, and financials,
3.) Monitors, track, and reports program metrics and status,
4.) assessing processes and procedures to determine improvements.
5.) maintaining department adherence to company business, finance, and compliance policies and procedures.
6.) Data analysis and presentation. This position is non-exempt with no direct reports.
Manages/directs the activities associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on primarily non-IT business disciplines. 4+ years experience in customer service or vendor management, 3+ years project management, Minimum bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio to complete analysis, Excel and Word skills.
