As an Application Developer, you will design and develop mission critical applications alongside a talented team of individuals across multiple disciplines. Your responsibilities will include participating in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution. You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design; incorporate security requirements, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle methodology. You will also adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications. Additionally, you will document the application specifications and translate technical requirements into application code. You will participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to architectural specifications, identify/troubleshoot application issues, and provide feedback on the final user documentation.

OO development skills
ASP.NET, VB6 are a plus
