We are looking for Project Manager who have worked heavily on Scrum/Agile OR Scrum Master/Scrum Coach. Based out of Philly, PA.

• Location: Philly
• Duration: Long Term (1 year + extension)

We are looking for Local candidates or from surrounding areas (DE, NJ, NY, VA). Should come for F2F discussion
Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage large and complex multi-million dollar IT development Projects
• Leading distributed engineering and business teams, defining protocols and team structures, managing performance and growth of managers and technologists, Team Building and Mentoring
• Service Propositions, Value Enhancements, Portfolio Optimizations and Asset Monetization
• Program/Project Cost Estimations and Budgeting, Return of Investment (ROI), Payback Periods, NPVs, Profit and Loss and Cost Management
• Program/Project Scoping, Sizing, Effort Estimation, Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling
• Managing Project deliverable Quality and Program, Project and Operation Risks
• Stakeholder Management (includes Directors, Vice Presidents, CTOs, CIOs and country business leaders), Communication Strategy and planning
• Defining Project Organization Structure, Creating Project Governance Framework and Standardization of Project Practices and Controls

Detailed JD:

• We are looking for a Tech PM with excellent Communication Skills and 12 + years of working experience (Not more than 18 years experience).
• Certified Scrum Master/ Heavy experience on Scrum/Agile
• Work with IT functional areas to identify, propose and implement new technologies as solutions to business direction and strategies.
• Perform complex systems analysis, design and programming duties ensuring department standards and quality control processes are upheld.
• Must have experience in managing web based and Java Projects.
• Proficiency with XML, JSP, HTML, Javascript - Experience in Java design patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies .
• Telecom or Cable Domain is must.
