Change Manager
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

1. 6+ years of experience as a Change Manager within multimillion dollar implementation projects. Strongly prefer experience within Credit Card TS2/TSYS or other financial systems.
2. Experience in a leadership capacity. Guiding a team around a goal.
3. Change management framework knowledge
The bank is currently undergoing the launch of new Retail and Corporate Credit Cards in the US and Canada. The bank is implementing a new TS2 credit card system and they are currently looking for a Change Manager to work alongside the various Project Managers/Stakeholders and Technology SMEs to identify risk and mitigate it. The project is currently in flight and is behind schedule. Contract is likely going to run until Jan, potentially longer.
Manager will likely do a phone interview followed by an in person interview.
The role involves working closely with the Senior Manager on change management activities for specific projects within the North American Retail Payments and Treasury and Payment Solutions programs within Delivery. The role will have exposure to Project Management teams in Delivery as well as Personal and Commercial Banking Segment colleagues and executives.
The primary focus will be on supporting the change management activities for the implementation of a new credit card processing platform.

- Execute on various change management related activities e.g., assessing change impacts, managing stakeholder engagement, preparing and distributing project communications, and assessing business readiness and change adoption.
- Raise any risks or issues and provide recommendation for resolution
- Direct an effective communication plan with project stakeholders across the organization
- Developing solutions to challenges that arise, collaborating with appropriate stakeholders, and implementing action plans
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
- Extensive experience with Change Management in large organizations and on technology implementations (6+ years)
- Develop change management plans and roadmaps including elements such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, strategic communications, learning strategies and sustainability plans.
- Designing and implementing changes to minimize disruption, resistance, and inconsistency in the service level resulting from these changes.
- Experience working on large, cross-functional projects with large project teams and multiple stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skill
